Geneviève Pruvost is a sociologist of work and gender at the Centre d’étude des mouvements sociaux (Center for the Study of Social Movements), EHESS. Her research focuses on the politicization of the slightest gesture and on ecological alternatives. She has, notably, published the book On the Violence of Women (Penser la violence des femmes) with sociologist Coline Cardi.
